1 · First your data source

Check your source data. View the available action.

Nifelo shows the status of your imported product data under Coverage and quality. For each checked SmartField you can see the connection, coverage, quality and the possible effect on your export. Where Nifelo has a supported action, it is included in the same check.

The fixed order

From source data via SmartFields to your export channel.

Nifelo first checks what comes in and then uses the product data to check the chosen destination.

  1. Step 1Data sourceCheck imported fields and values
  2. In NifeloSmartFieldsBringing together and using product data
  3. Step 2Export channelPerform the checks of the selected destination
2 · Then the export channel

The selected export channel determines which checks Nifelo carries out.

Nifelo selects the controls set for that channel based on your export configuration. Each map shows export status, coverage and quality and, where applicable, the deviation found. If a supported action is available for that situation, it will be on the same card.

  • In this Google Merchant example, the link for the product link is missing.
  • Because useful product URL data is available, Nifelo can link the existing SmartField to the export field.
  • The button does not generate a product link; it creates the missing export mapping.

Why important? To source products

For Google Merchant, controls include title, price, product link, GTIN, category, availability, gender, age group, image, MPN, brand, color, size and item group. Not every control automatically has an action.

Only where a supported action exists

One-Click does not mean that Nifelo changes every problem blindly.

Some actions directly create a mapping or export rule. Others first ask for confirmation, a setting or starting a separate improvement flow. When no supported action is available, Nifelo refers to the relevant mapping or affected products.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about One-Click Fixes

Where can I find these actions?

During the checks in Coverage and quality of your data source and your export channel.

Are the controls the same for every export channel?

No. Nifelo uses the controls set for the chosen export channel and combines them with general controls where applicable.

Is every problem immediately resolved automatically?

No. Only when a supported action is available will it appear in the check. Some actions are performed immediately; others first open a confirmation, setting or next step.
