Missing data
Find empty titles, descriptions, prices and product types, among other things.
After every import, Nifelo checks the SmartFields of your products. Missing or invalid values are recorded as errors or warnings and grouped, so that you can see which problem is occurring, which field it concerns and how many products it occurs in.
Nifelo not only checks whether important product data is present, but also checks whether values meet the available quality rules. For example, invalid values, deviating product texts and missing category-related properties become visible.

The validation uses the product data recorded in SmartFields after import. Each finding remains linked to the product, the field and the inspection carried out.
Nifelo reads the products from your file, feed or supported link.
Source fields are linked to the fixed SmartFields on which Nifelo carries out the quality checks.
A check may return an error or warning for a specific product and SmartField.
The same findings are brought together so you can view the problem and the products it occurs on.
The validation page combines a summary with a grouped list. You can search by SKU or field and filter by severity and available resolution method.
In Nifelo you can see per grouped finding in how many products the problem occurs and what next step is available.
The severity helps to organize results. Sales channels can also apply their own requirements through their separate channel validation.
The product value does not meet the inspection performed. The error remains visible until the relevant product data passes the check again.
The product data could use attention or improvement, but a warning does not automatically mean that the product cannot be published.
The available checks look at titles, descriptions, prices, product types, GTIN codes, product links and category-related product properties, among other things. Which findings arise depends on the available product data and linked category.
The score provides a summary of the products checked. The validation overview also shows specific errors and warnings, so that it is clear which product data requires attention.
No. A warning indicates that product data may need attention, but does not automatically block publication. A sales channel may have its own requirements that are validated separately.
No. The data quality control assesses the product data in Nifelo. Channel validation also checks the specific requirements of a chosen sales channel or export format.
Yes. Nifelo groups the same findings and shows how many products the problem occurs in. You can view the relevant products from the overview.
That depends on the problem. Some findings require manual review, while for other issues Nifelo can provide a supported solution. In the validation overview you can see which next step is available for a finding.
Use the validation overview to find errors and warnings per control and SmartField and immediately see in which products they occur.
